Our PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Tanja Loeb-Houston, B.A.Sc. Psychology
Tanja is a caring communicator and advocate, with a passion for partnering with people to help them achieve positive outcomes in their lives. Tanja has over 20 years experience in case management in the mental health and addiction fields. Through her ability to build trusting relationships, has championed advocacy for at-risk people. She has presented seminars and has led workshops on various topics including active listening, building therapeutic rapport, conflict resolution, anger management, team building, and incorporating learning styles. As a counselor, Tanja assists people to identify practical strategies and action-oriented steps which can allow them to engage more positively in many aspects of their lives.
She also advocates for people with various professionals and agencies, where necessary, and helps them to resource organizations and supports within their communities
Our PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Nicole Croft, B.A. Psychology
Nicole Croft is our newest program staff, who was hired to assist with service coordination for our participants. In her first year with us, Nicole has demonstrated a compassionate heart and a relentless drive to work to support and empower people to achieve their personal bests. Her compassion, dedication, and coordination skills have also allowed HSH to continue to expand our volunteer program, improve our service delivery, and increase support for our participants. Nicole is known for striving towards excellence in all that she does, and models positivity and hope within the HSH community.
