Homeward Bound Halton (HBH) is an innovative program of wrap-around services to help single mothers and their children move from homelessness and poverty to successful careers and self-sufficiency. Homeward Bound Halton provides low-income single moms an opportunity to receive life skills, computer, and financial literacy education, and then attend college at a fully-accredited institution.
