Home Suite Hope is a leading social service agency, providing a range of programs and services for homeless, low-income, single parents and their children. Our programs offer evidence-based support services across two programs: ReStart Halton program, and Homeward Bound Halton program. Our approach is family-focused and we work with each parent and family’s unique strengths, needs and challenges. We help them to uncover their abilities, give them tools to succeed and support them in overcoming challenges.

ReStart Halton Program

Our ReStart Halton program helps single parents moms and dads who are struggling with social-economic and housing issues. The program offers counselling, parenting support, and links to community supports and provides individual case management, group and skills development workshops to help them get back on track. Programs serve single mothers and fathers in Halton region who are homeless or precariously housed.
Hours of operation: 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Homeward Bound Halton Program

For low-income single mothers who are interested in going to college to obtain a marketable education.  The Homeward Bound Halton program is a four-year program offering housing,  child care subsidy, and internship placement supports for mothers who are career-track minded.
Hours of operation: 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Children’s Summer Camp

Home Suite Hope and Front Line Outreach will be teaming up again this summer to provide a free summer camp program to parents in our programs. Our summer camp gives children aged 4 – 12 years in ReStart Halton and Homeward Bound Halton a fun camp experience that includes fun activities, such as story telling, sports, games, and music that will help them understand their value and encourage healthy self-esteem. The curriculum also includes an introduction to children’s financial literacy.

After Care Program

Our After Care program offers one year of non-residential follow up support to assist graduates of our programs transition to becoming fully independent.
