Nikkian Hanson-Daley, BA

Program Manager & Donations Coordinator

Nikkian is a dynamic and resourceful leader with a strong background in working in the social services and non-profit sector. Her educational background in Human Rights and Equity Studies, Law & Society, along with her Diploma in Community and Justice Services, provides her with a solid foundation for addressing the complex issues within her field.


With over 10 years of experience in case management, project management, and program development, Nikkian brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Home Suite Hope. Her previous work as an Autism Consultant with at-risk youth and adults showcases her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.


In her current position, Nikkian takes on a leadership role, overseeing program intake, development, and Caseworkers to support the families in the Stabilizing First Halton and Homeward Bound Halton Programs. Her focus on helping single-parent families experiencing homelessness achieve stability and independence is crucial in addressing the challenges faced by these families.


Nikkian’s involvement in community partnerships and stakeholder engagement reflects her commitment to creating a collaborative and supportive environment. Her coordination of physical donations for Home Suite Hope families, chairing the Industry Council Committee, serving on the Board of Governance Committee, and overseeing the Mentorship program at HSH demonstrates her multifaceted approach to addressing the diverse needs of the organization.
