Judi Hesp brings over two decades of People & Culture expertise to her new role on the board of Home Suite Home, driven by her passion for building inclusive, people-centered organizations. As Chief People Officer at World Vision Canada, and with her Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation and experience spanning non-profit, retail, banking, mining, and consulting, Judi is recognized for her leadership in people strategy and driving cultural and digital transformations. In hew role on the Home Suite Home Board, she looks forward to applying the same principles to further the organization’s vision of creating welcoming, inclusive communities. Judi's leadership is rooted in her belief that empowering people is key to achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
