General Program Eligibility
Most Home Suite Hope programs require applicants to:

Halton resident or willing to live in Halton Region

Low income or receiving OW, ODSP, or EI
-
Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
-
18 years of age or older
-
English proficiency
-
Willing to participate in case management and program supports

Working toward the goal of affording rent independently upon program completion

Our Programs
Stabilizing First Halton is a one-year housing stabilization program supporting homeless or unstably housed single-parent families as they build a strong foundation for long-term success.
Homeward Bound Halton supports low-income single mothers in achieving long-term economic stability through post-secondary education, professional development, and employment support.
Haven to Home is a one-year partnership between Home Suite Hope and Halton Women’s Place supporting survivors of gender-based violence as they transition from emergency shelter to stable housing and independence.
Pathways Forward provides targeted wraparound supports to help single-parent families stabilize housing while actively working toward education and employment goals.
