Shalu Bains

Shalu Bains is the Executive Vice President, Performance and Planning & Chief Information and Analytics Officer at Trillium Health Partners, one of Canada’s largest hospital systems. She brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in health care, with expertise in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, enterprise planning, population health analytics and data-driven system innovation.

 

At THP, Shalu leads the integration of technology, strategy, performance, and analytics to drive sustainable change and improve outcomes across a large, complex health system. She is passionate about building connected, equitable, and digitally enabled systems that empower people and communities.

 

Outside of work, Shalu enjoys spending time with her family and daughter, cooking, and celebrating her Punjabi culture through food, traditions, and community connection.
