Empty Bowls is an annual fundraising event whose profits are directed towards supporting families facing homelessness in Halton. We’ve been involved in this important initiative for over 10 years and are pleased to continue our support!

In its 14 th year, Empty Bowls brings the community back together once again at St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School to visit the various soup vendors by handing the chef their new bowl to fill. This tangibly represents the soup-bowl experience that many homeless families face prior to entering Home Suite Hope. This is Home Suite Hope's signature fundraising event with all proceeds going to our wrap around supports.
The signature fundraising event brings the entire community around the table. With ticket sales that provide you with delicious soups, bread, and desserts donated by local restaurants and businesses, each purchase shares the delectable tastes that Halton has to offer while supporting local charities making a great change in our communities.
Back by popular demand, Empty Bowls 2022 will happen on Sunday, November 6th, 2022 from 11:30AM to 2:30PM.
Seating #1 Options: 11:30AM-1:00PM
Seating #2 Options: 1:00PM-2:30PM
You will receive:
🍲 Soups prepared by local chefs
🥖 COBS Bread for dipping
🥣 *A ceramic bowl
🍪 Delicious desserts
*With purchase of Single Admission + Bowl or Single Admission + Bowl Painting tickets only
You can help support the Empty Bowls fundraiser by hand painting a discounted bowl from Crack Pot Studio to donate to the event.
Once you’re finished painting at home, please return your bowls to the studio to be fired and donated to the event. Alternatively, Empty Bowls at Home attendees are invited to keep their painted bowl.
The price per bowl is $30 (tax included). If purchasing 40 bowls or more (corporate paint party), the discounted price is $25 per bowl. Please note that there is a $2.00 fee per order to use the online booking service http://www.crackpotstudio.com/empty-bowls-2022/
